Service
MakeBox Reply is a beta drafting assistant operated by Cyfra LLC. It is not a Google or OpenAI product. You remain responsible for the messages you send.
Plans and actions
Free provides 10 AI actions total and 1 business profile. Starter is $9.99/month with 300 actions per billing month and up to 3 profiles. Pro is $19.99/month with 1,000 actions per billing month and up to 10 profiles. A successful generation or refinement uses one action. Failed generations return the action. Editing, copying and settings are free. Unused actions do not roll over.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Manage or cancel through Manage billing; cancellation at period end keeps access through the paid period. Stripe handles checkout. Proration and charge amounts, if applicable, are shown before confirmation. Uninstalling does not cancel billing.
Your text and instructions
Use truthful, authorized business information and text you have permission to process. Review AI drafts for accuracy, prices, names, tax, installation scope and commitments. Saved prices do not replace checking a final quote.
Beta limits
Desktop Chrome and website permission are required for supported pages. Browser-protected pages and some editors are restricted. Inputs are limited to 16,000 characters. Requests may queue and no instant-response service level is promised.
Support and payment issues
Contact support@makebox.ai within 7 days of payment if the service did not work. We review requests against usage and error records. This is not an automatic refund promise and does not limit applicable consumer rights.
Privacy and final action
The privacy policy describes requested AI processing and retention. MakeBox Reply creates drafts; you choose whether to edit, copy, insert and send them.
